to lead our team of 15-30 staff.

Responsibilities

As General Manager, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing daily operations for both front and back of house Leading, training, and motivating a team of 15-30 staff Managing scheduling, payroll, and labour cost controls Handling ordering, inventory management, and supplier relationships Maintaining high standards of food, beverage, and service quality Monitoring budgets and driving profitability Supporting marketing initiatives and special events

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in a General Manager or senior restaurant/pub management role Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and retain staff Experience with budgeting, cost control, and operational management Strong communication and problem-solving skills Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Self-motivated and capable of working independently

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary:

$52,000-$65,000/year
