Montana's North Crossing in Barrie is seeking a dedicated General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, food safety, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will also have a strong sense of guest service and hospitality as it relates to the restaurant business.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staff, inventory, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in food preparation, handling, and customer service
- Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Oversee kitchen operations to maintain quality and efficiency
- Create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee growth
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Understanding of kitchen operations, hospitality industry trends, and customer service principles
