About Us:

We're a small but growing restaurant group based in Ontario with a passion for good food, smooth operations, and building a solid team. Hiring an assiatnat to be promoted to GM

What You'll Be Doing (aka All the Things):

Assisting in hiring and onboarding team members Managing schedules, time tracking (we use Square), and HR-related tasks Helping with finances, reports, and basic bookkeeping Running errands and being on the go between locations Coordinating vendors, supplies, and maintenance Creating or overseeing design work for menus, posters, and other marketing materials Supporting the owner with whatever comes up--yes, that includes last-minute runs for printer ink Thinking ahead, staying organized, and keeping the wheels turning

Who You Are:

A dependable self-starter with great time management Detail-oriented but not afraid to get your hands dirty Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Canva or Adobe, basic Excel/Sheets) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Strong communicator who can work well with everyone--from staff to suppliers Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle Bonus: Experience in hospitality, marketing, or business operations
