Job Description
General Maintenance often carry out many different tasks in a single day. You may be required to work indoors and outdoors.
The General Maintenance is responsible for:
Assist in spotting for condenser cleaning, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Operate the floor washer to maintain cleanliness in designated areas.
Perform general carpentry tasks, including minor repairs and installations.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
Assist with other maintenance duties as required.
Safety Shoes are required and MUST be worn at all times.
Required Skills:
General Maintenance are required to have:
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Ability to work at heights.
Ability to operate cleaning and maintenance equipment safely.
Ability to meet physical fitness requirements, including the ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials (up to 50lbs), and to climb stairs.
