Job Title: General Maintenance Labourer - Office Renovation (Short-Term Contract)

Job Summary

We're looking for a reliable and skilled labourer to assist with a short-term renovation project in an office environment. The work will involve general labour tasks such as light demolition, painting, installation support, and cleanup.

Responsibility

Perform minor renovation tasks. Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and materials as directed. Clean and tidy the work area, removing debris, dust, and construction materials. Conduct basic repairs or adjustments as needed under supervisor direction. Ensure safety standards are followed at all times.

Academic/Educational Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred

Required Skills/Experience

Previous experience in light construction, renovation, or general labour preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Proficiency in using measuring tools. Ability to lift up to 50lbs with the assistance of a lifting device. Ability to use hand tools and power tools. Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
