General Maintenance Attendant Night ShiftRate of Pay - $19.00 per hourShift/Work Schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off rotation; 10-hour shifts, hours are 10:30 pm to 8:30 am.THIS JOB IS LOCATED IN KANANASKIS, AB. You are responsible for repairing and maintaining the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s physical structure in accordance with Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge\xe2\x80\x99s standards for quality, cleanliness, guest satisfaction, safety and of course acknowledging guests with a smile and an \xe2\x80\x9cI can make it happen attitude\xe2\x80\x9d.As a Maintenance Attendant, the right candidate needs to have expertise in multiple types of Home/Hotel repair, maintenance, and remodeling. You must have basic construction skills, be organized, and effectively communicate with others with a positive attitude. We are looking for a craftsperson to join our team.Job Duties:

• Respond to guest room calls.
• Minor drywall repairs/painting
• Changing light bulbs
• Minor Plumbing and Repairs
• Minor electrical repairs
• Troubleshooting TV issues
• Troubleshooting guest door lock issues
• Routine rounds of mechanical rooms and equipment
• Other duties as required.

Employment Experience and Educational Requirements:You will be considered for this role if you have the following experience:

• General carpentry (rough and finish)
• Painting interior and exterior, drywall repair (patching and caulking)
• Minor plumbing and minor electrical knowledge
• Flooring repair and installation, handyman, general home repairs and maintenance work
• Strong attention to detail
