Location: New Brunswick (Various Locations in and around the Grand Falls or Edmundston areas)
Start Date: As soon as fingerprints/police verification checks are completed,
Duration: Ongoing / On-call, project-based
Compensation: $18.00-$21.00 per hour (depending on experience)

We are currently seeking General Labourers and Skilled Labourers to support upcoming water damage restoration and repair projects. Once workers are verified and cleared, our client will begin assigning us jobs immediately.
Key Details

  • Work Type: General labour and skilled labour
  • Nature of Work: Water damage restoration, demolition, cleanup, repair work
  • Transportation: Workers must have their own vehicle or reliable transportation as they will be moving around to different sites in the area.
  • Start Date: This role is pending final confirmation of our business licensing in New Brunswick. Work will begin as soon as licensing is approved and worker verification is completed
  • Certification: WRT certification is an asset (not required).
  • Supervision: A project manager will coordinate workers, schedules, as needed
General Duties
  • Assist with water damage cleanup, demolition, and restoration work
  • Perform general and skilled labour tasks as required by each job site
  • Support repair work and site preparation
  • Safely use hand tools, basic equipment, and PPE
  • Follow direction from on-site supervisors
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and professionalism
  • Work independently or as part of a small team depending on project needs
Requirements
  • Previous construction, restoration, or general labour experience preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation (own vehicle preferred)
  • Must be legally permitted to work in Canada
  • Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labour in various environments
  • WRT certification is an asset but not required
  • Must complete fingerprint/background verification before starting
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely on active sites
Compensation & Availability
  • Hourly Rate: $18.00-$21.00/hour
  • Workload: Project-based; jobs assigned as they come in
  • Flexibility: Workers may be called for short-term or urgent projects
  • Training: Additional restoration-related training may be provided
