General Labourer/operator

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Labourer/Operator to join our team. We are less concerned with experience and are willing to train the right personality fit. Successful candidates will have a desire to grow with the company and demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset, excellent client care, communication skills, and a drive to always be learning.

Responsibilities:


- Perform general labour tasks as assigned by a supervisor
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Clean and prepare job sites
- Operate hand and power tools
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications:


- Previous experience in labour or construction preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team environment- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
