Summary:

We are seeking a

general labourer/millworker

to join our team at LTR Industries. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our architectural millwork projects meet design intent and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Handling and moving materials throughout the warehouse Confident in handling hand and power tools Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met. Conduct machining operations with a focus on quality control. Assist in the assembly and installation of millwork components. Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with industry standards. Ensure shop equipment maintenance schedule is adhered to Provide support in warehouse operations as needed. Assist in loading and unloading trucks.

Requirements:

Strong background in manufacturing and machining processes. Familiarity with millwork techniques and materials. Must have a reliable car, as we are not on a bus route. Ability to stand, bend, push, and lift heavy millwork pieces. Forklift experience preferred. Basic carpentry and woodworking skills preferred. Experience working in a warehouse setting is a plus. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is an asset. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Pay: $17.22-$25.99 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
