General Labourer
Job Description
Seeking full time permanent General Labourer. Primary duties consist of manually piling lumber, operating mill equipment. Applicant must be physically capable of: Standing/walking on concrete floors for up to 3 hour intervals. Repetitive lifting up to 50 pounds. Repetitive bending and twisting, reaching from floor height to shoulder height. Repetitive rotation of wrists and arms. Working in various temperature conditions. Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math is an asset. Successful applicants will be able to ask questions for clarification and accept direction from other team members and supervisors. Shift work requirements may include days, evenings or nights depending on customer demand. Preference given to workers with prior experience in related field, but is not necessary. Additional compensation for previous experience and/or valid Standard First Aid certification will be considered, and profit share eligibility after begins after 1 year of employment.
