Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day operations including receiving, storing, and shipping products. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets using manual or mechanical equipment Sort, organize, and store inventory in the proper location Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company procedures Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties to keep the warehouse clean and organized Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts - if certified) Assist in inventory counts and stocktaking activities Follow all safety procedures and company policies Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors Support other departments as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior warehouse or general labour experience is an asset Ability to lift heavy objects (up to [e.g., 50 lbs]) and perform physical tasks for extended periods Basic math and reading skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team Forklift license/certification is a plus

Working Conditions:

Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift Exposure to varying temperatures depending on the season and warehouse conditions PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) provided and must be worn when required
