Job Description
Plasti-Fab EPS Product Solutions is a leader in the insulation manufacturing industry, producing a variety of building materials such as the Advantage ICF System, Insulspan SIP, GeoSpec Light weight fill, EIFS, Plasti-Span and DuroSpan rigid insulation. Our materials are used in the commercial and residential construction and renovation sectors, for everything from roof insulation to below-grade foundation insulation. Duties and Responsibilities • Assist the line operator in all phases of foam block cutting, from set-up to cutting, labeling, packing, and clean up.
• Ensure quality of product is up to established standards.
• Pack products according to specifications.
• Maintain production quotas.
• Various secondary work on drill, saws, gluing, etc.
• Complete paperwork as required.
• All other duties as assigned.
DIRECT REPORTS: • Not Applicable
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: • Must be able to read tape measures, metric and imperial to 1/32".
• Math proficiency including multiplication and division.
• Must be able to do heavy lifting.
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision and in a safe manner.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum Grade 12 education.
