We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our facility. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Duties

Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials. Assist in the setup and cleanup of work sites. Operate basic hand tools and power equipment as needed. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.

Requirements

Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds, sometimes more) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. Previous experience in manual labor is preferred but not required. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
