What You'll Do

Erect structural steel components as per project drawings and specifications Operate equipment such as cranes, lifts, and rigging tools Work safely at heights and in various weather conditions Follow all site safety procedures and regulations Coordinate with crew members to ensure timely project completion Maintain a clean and organized worksite

What We're Looking For

Experience in steel erection or related construction work (preferred but not required) Comfortable working at heights and outdoors Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints Valid safety tickets/certifications (all are recognized) Strong attention to safety and detail Team-oriented with good communication skills Willing to undergo training and certification if needed
