Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting various construction, maintenance, and general labor tasks to ensure the smooth operation of projects. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Prior experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in a hands-on setting with potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment on-site Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, and moving materials. Support skilled tradespeople with their work as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment by organizing tools and debris Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision Cleaning work sites, Scraping / sweeping / vacuuming floors. Complete assigned tasks efficiently while adhering to project timelines

Qualifications

Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 pounds Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions Reliable transportation to job sites (driver's license preferred but not mandatory) Prior experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.23-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
