We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our work sites, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, reliable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Duties

Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment as directed Support construction, maintenance, or manufacturing activities by performing manual labor tasks Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency Assist in exterior and interior construction tasks like siding, framing, insulating etc. Assist team members with other project needs as required Adhere to all company policies and procedures during daily operations

Requirements

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment Prior experience in manual labor or construction is mandatory Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately Ability to operate basic tools and equipment is preferred but training will be provided Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing work demands
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
