Job Description

Overview:
We are a small construction/ renovation business and we are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Labourer to join our team. You will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist with the completion of construction projects. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of residential construction/renovation sites.
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand tools and power tools as directed
- Perform general labour duties such as digging, lifting, and carrying
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction or related field preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team

*preferable to have:

Working at Heights & first aid.

-Drywall skills, painting skills, framing skills, flooring skills.

Note: This is a paid position, and all applicants must be eligible to work legally in the specified location. We do not offer internships for this role.
