The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented General Labourer to join our team in Leamington, ON.

This role is key to ensuring our plants -- and our products -- thrive from seed to store.



What You'll Do


As a General Labourer, you'll help bring our plants to life by:


Caring for andmaintainingcannabis plants through all stages of cultivation -- cloning, transplanting, pruning, pest management, harvesting, trimming, and packaging. Mixing nutrients,monitoringirrigation systems, and tracking plant growth to ensure every crop reaches its full potential. Performing facility and equipment sanitation tomaintainthe highest standards of cleanliness and compliance. Documenting data and completing production batch records to support regulatory compliance and product traceability. + ?Operating processing equipment andassistingwith setup and maintenance of post-harvest areas. Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Production Practices (GPP) to meet Health Canada standards. Supporting apositive, team-oriented workplace cultureand promotingAuxly'scommitment to safety, quality, and innovation. Contributing to other cultivation or post-harvest activities as needed -- every day is different here!


What You Bring

Education or experience inhorticulture, agriculture, or productionis an asset -- but a great attitude and work ethic matter most! Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions with precision. Comfortable working in afast-paced, hands-on environmentwith a small, collaborative team. Dependable, organized, and focused on quality and safety. Excellent communication andtime-managementskills. Able to work independently while contributing to shared goals.


Schedule

10-12 hourshifts Weekend work as needed Background checkrequired.
