About the Role:

Full time / Part time / Seasonal

We're looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Labourers. This position involves a variety of tasks to support operations, including Construction/ Demolition, site clean-up, material handling, and assisting skilled trades as needed. No two days are the same -- if you enjoy hands-on work and staying active, this job is for you.

In addition, we are also looking for a lead hand to guide the labour force under advisement of a journeyman supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general clean-up duties on job sites

- Load and unload materials or equipment

- Operate basic hand tools and power tools (if required)

- Follow safety protocols and company procedures

- Assist skilled workers (e.g., carpenters, electricians, etc.)

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

- Be willing to work 8-12 hour shifts

Qualifications:

Must be physically fit and able to lift up to [50 lbs or appropriate weight] Punctual, reliable, and able to work in a team environment Previous labour experience an asset but not required Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions Steel-toe boots and other required PPE Valid driver's license an asset (depending on location/requirements)
