Job Overview:
Calibre Drilling is looking for a motivated and hardworking General Labourer. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the drilling industry, working alongside skilled professionals in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the in the setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment Prepare and organize tools, materials, and equipment for daily tasks Help ensure the site is clean, safe, and operationally ready Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
Previous experience in construction or drilling considered an asset Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy equipment Ability to work in various weather conditions and remote locations Strong communication and teamwork skills Safety-focused with knowledge of job site safety practices Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn about equipment maintenance and operation Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team setting First Aid, H2S, or other safety certifications considered an asset
