Matrix HR is hiring dedicated and hardworking General Laborers for an immediate short-term project in Sparwood, BC.Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading materials and supplies.
• Perform general maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organizing work areas.
• Operate basic hand tools and power equipment as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
• Support skilled tradespeople in various tasks as required.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is a preferred .
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended

What We Offer:

• Pay: $23.00 per hour
• $200/day LOA (Living Out Allowance)
• Bussing provided to and from the worksite from Fernie
• 10-hour shifts for 1 week

Requirements:

• WHMIS & CSTS09 certifications
• Must have hard hat, steel-toed boots, and other necessary PPE
• Ready for physically demanding work.
