Responsibilities

Snow removal Salting, shovelling and maintaining areas Assist in the installation of irrigation systems to ensure proper salt distribution. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely. Follow safety protocols to minimize risks on job sites. Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or project leads. Having a truck will raise the chance of hire and pay

Requirements

Be able to work long hours in the cold Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various job requirements. A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
