Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to support construction, maintenance, or production operations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites. Load and unload materials and equipment. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and project leads. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment as needed. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and safety. Good communication skills and the ability to follow directions accurately. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance practices is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
