As a Yard Laborer, you will play a key role in maintaining smooth and efficient yard operations. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading materials, organizing inventory, assisting customers, and keeping the yard clean and orderly.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard, ensuring that products are displayed properly and safely. Regularly inspect the yard for any hazards or safety concerns, addressing them promptly. Load and unload products and materials, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper storage. Greet and assist customers in locating products, providing knowledgeable recommendations and excellent customer service. Answer customer inquiries and help resolve any issues or concerns they may have. Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy items, moving materials, and operating yard equipment ( Loaders). Work outdoors in various weather conditions, maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Previous experience in a labor-intensive role, particularly in a retail or hardware environment, is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others. Basic communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus. Understanding of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. A valid driver's license is a MUST for potential delivery tasks or yard operations.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
