Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various operational tasks across our projects, ensuring smooth workflow and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, reliable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Prior experience in construction, or manual labor is a plus but not required. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills and gain valuable industry experience.

Responsibilities



Prepare work sites by cleaning and organizing Assist with loading and unloading materials, equipment, and supplies Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as directed Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials

Requirements



Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail Reliable transportation to job sites; valid driver's license is required Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team Prior manual labor or construction experience is advantageous but not mandatory Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
