Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our restoration team. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate is physically capable, takes direction well, and works effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with water, fire, mould, and general property restoration tasks Perform demolition, debris removal, site cleanup, and material handling Operate basic tools and equipment safely Lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day Follow instructions from lead technicians and supervisors Support job site setup, containment, and cleanup Maintain a safe and organized work environment Participate in an on-call rotation (evenings, weekends, and holidays)

Requirements

Physically capable of demanding labour and repetitive lifting Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly Willing and available for on-call work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Valid driver's licence Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team Strong work ethic and reliability Previous restoration or construction experience is an asset but not required
