Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our water and sewer team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. As a Laborer, you will play an essential role in ensuring that work sites are organized and efficient.

Responsibilities

Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring all materials and tools are readily available. Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols. Report any issues or concerns regarding equipment or site conditions to supervisors.

Requirements

Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment. Must have own transportation. Must have valid license.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 45 per week
