We are currently seeking a Laborer to join our dedicated team at Sylvite. This role is essential in supporting our operations by assisting with various tasks related to the handling and distribution of agricultural products. Your contributions will help us maintain our commitment to quality service and efficiency. This position is located at our NuTec facility, out of our Putnam branch.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with package filling on the Nu Tec line Loading and unloading fertilizer and other supplies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and surrounding areas. Support team members in daily operational tasks as needed. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Participate in inventory management and stock control activities. Climbing ladders and working in the NuTec tower.

Qualifications

Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects as required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Team-oriented with good communication skills. Previous experience in a labor or warehouse environment is an asset but not required. Must be comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders. Highly detail orientated - responsible for custom blending of products.
