General Labourer / Property Maintenance

About the Role

We're looking for a General Labourer with 3-5 years of experience in property maintenance, landscaping, and light construction. You're the kind of person who can jump in wherever needed -- whether it's installing interlock, pouring concrete, cutting grass, planting, painting, building decks or making small repairs. You take pride in doing things right, work well with a team, and can keep up in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform hands-on tasks including: Interlock installation Concrete pours and finishing Lawn care (cutting grass, installing sod) Planting, mulching, and maintaining gardens/greenery Painting and surface finishing Deck construction Small property repairs and touch-ups Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Maintain a safe, professional, and clean job site. Work with the team to complete tasks on time and to a high standard.

Requirements

3-5 years of hands-on experience in property maintenance, landscaping, or general construction. Physically capable of manual labour. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
