Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the operations of our facility. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Labourer will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. Work will be primarily outdoors during various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes.
• Operate Equipment such as loader and Forklift Seasonally

Experience:

• Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with others.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.

Details:

• Typical shift is Monday to Thursday. 10 hour days.
• Weekends as needed.
• All work is completed in our industrial module yard in Ponoka, Alberta.
