We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as General Labourers at the PWT mill in Golden, B.C. As a General Labourer, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility.

Hourly Wage

: $34.875

Duties and Responsibilities

:

Perform various physical tasks, including but not limited to lifting, carrying, pulling, and sorting veneer Operate machinery and equipment to assist in the manufacturing process Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards Assist in loading and unloading materials or finished products Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding health, safety, quality, etc. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Required Qualifications

:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions accurately and reliably Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 50 lbs, repetitive motions, etc.) Good communication skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities Basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures Flexibility to work different shifts and hours Reliable, trustworthy, and proactive with a positive, cooperative attitude Strong work ethic and focus on quality and safety Ability to attend work regularly, arrive punctually and consistently Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
