Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment Perform general site cleanup and maintain a safe work environment Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as directed Operate simple tools and machinery under supervision Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies Help with the transportation of supplies and materials around the worksite Contribute to the efficient progress of projects by completing assigned tasks promptly

Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team Good communication skills and attention to safety procedures Basic understanding of tools and equipment is advantageous but not mandatory Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude are essential qualities for success in this role
