Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in a dynamic work environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Perform general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials Assist skilled tradespeople with their duties as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors Valid "G" driver's license required Must be available for shifts between 5am-5pm Monday through Friday Opportunities for advancement and skill development possible for a motivated individual who consistently exceeds expectations Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written Must work well in a diverse team

Skills

Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (i.e. 50lbs) Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment operation is preferred Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities Ability to follow instructions accurately and adhere to safety standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
