General Labourer
Job Description
Integrity is actively recruiting a General Labourer to join our expanding team.
The General Labourer is responsible for assisting with various tasks throughout the plant to ensure smooth and efficient flow of operations, including moving blocks around the shop and general custodial duties on the shop floor.
The General Labourer will report directly to the Synergy 1 Plant Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fill all chemical bottles in each moldmaking cell
- Responsible for flipping blocks and assisting moving them around the shop
- Various janitorial duties on the shop floor (breaking down cardboard, emptying garbages, general cleaning, etc.)
- Assist in Validation department as needed
- Other general maintenance tasks, as required
Required Qualifications:
- Overhead crane experience required
- Forklift experience an asset but not necessary
- Janitorial experience an asset but not necessary
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to follow line-up from leader and learn company procedures
