Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated

General Labourer

to join our team. This position supports various areas of our fabrication and finishing operations, including shipping and receiving, painting preparation, assembly, and general shop duties. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes direction well, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with

shipping and receiving

of materials and finished products

Hang and move parts

for painting and sandblasting processes Perform

basic parts assembly

and finishing work

Operate general shop equipment

(forklift, pallet jack, hand tools, etc.) as required Help maintain a

clean and organized work area

Perform

snow removal

and general yard maintenance as needed Support other departments as directed by supervisors

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial environment is an asset Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labour throughout the day Forklift or skid steer experience is an asset (training can be provided) Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn new tasks Safety-focused mindset and attention to detail

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Friday (occasional overtime as required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
