General Labourer / Shop Helper

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a General Labourer. This is a hands-on position supporting day-to-day operations in our shop and on job sites. The ideal candidate is someone who is dependable, physically capable, and willing to take on a variety of tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

Assist with shop duties including organizing materials, cleaning, and basic preparation work Perform deliveries and pickups of tools, equipment, or supplies as required Support installation crews with general labour tasks (digging, carrying, lifting, moving materials, etc.) Operate hand and power tools Help with cutting, measuring, and preparing materials Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Other general labour or shop support tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with clean driving record (required for deliveries/pickups) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labour in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliability and punctuality are a must Previous labour or construction experience is an asset, but not required
