Harwood's Construction is seeking dedicated and hardworking Labourers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Labourers will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This position offers year-round employment with seasonal variety.

Duties

Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials Perform duties such as shovelling, raking, grass cutting & trimming Assisting in the building of armour rock walls Laying interlock Seasonal snow maintenance including shovelling & salting Assist other workers with their duties as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision

Skills

Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Willingness and ability to work outs=doors in varying weather conditions Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with coworkers Attention to detail and commitment to safety practices Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed

Requirements

Clean Driver's Abstract - G Licence required with reliable transportation Ability to complete daily inspections Willing to work overnight shifts during the winter months

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

10 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
