As we continue to grow, we're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented General Labourer to join our dynamic shop floor team. This role includes powder coating, CNC machine support, and a variety of general shop duties.

About the Role:

We're looking for a General Labourer to join our team at Form-Tech. In this role, you'll help with a variety of shop tasks including powder coating, supporting CNC machine operations, and general labour work. It's a hands-on job that's perfect for someone who's reliable, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow their skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily shop operations including loading and unloading materials Prepare parts and surfaces for powder coating (cleaning, masking, hanging) Operate and maintain powder coating equipment and curing ovens Support CNC machinists with part handling, setup assistance, and finishing Perform basic deburring, grinding, and quality checks Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow all safety and quality protocols Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment Familiarity with powder coating techniques and materials (an asset) Experience with or willingness to learn CNC machine operations Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail Physically capable of lifting, standing, and performing repetitive tasks Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment Willingness to learn and grow within the role
