Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our projects. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Duties

• Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
• Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
• Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment, reporting any issues or repairs needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance tools is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines consistently.
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed.

Drivers license and reliable transport required. Individuals need to be willing to travel to BC Hydro sites. Travel time, single occupancy accommodations and mileage provided. BC Hydro certifications will be required, training can be provided.

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: From $29.00 per hour
