Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our facility. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality in all work performed.

Duties

Assist in loading and unloading materials and products. Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas. Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks as assigned. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment operation is a plus. Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of work.
