Duties

Operate excavators and other heavy machinery for various tasks related to construction and landscaping. Perform gardening tasks including pruning, weeding, and maintaining flower beds and shrubbery. Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, trimming, and debris removal to keep areas tidy and presentable. Utilize hand tools and power tools for construction projects, ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment. Collaborate with team members on various projects, contributing to a positive work environment while meeting deadlines. Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries on the job site.

Qualifications

Previous experience in labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Knowledge of lawn care principles is a plus, along with experience in landscape maintenance. Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for operating machinery and performing maintenance tasks effectively. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors. A valid driver's license may be required depending on job site locations.
