Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various manual tasks across different projects, ensuring efficient workflow and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, eager to learn, and committed to contributing to the success of our operations. We produce marketing and packaging materials.
Responsibilities
Perform general labor tasks such as loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment. Assist skilled tradespeople with their duties as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites, including debris removal and site preparation. Operate basic tools and equipment safely under supervision. Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately. Support team members in completing projects on time and to quality standards.
Experience
Prior experience in manufacturing, or manual labor is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods. Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different work environments.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 38 - 48 per week
Work Location: In person
