Lake Country

(Winfield) production facility..

Day Shift: Monday - Friday (7:00 to 3:30)

Production laborers are responsible for accurate assembly of residential and commercial floor building material packages. Production labourer's are also responsible for quality assembly of engineered building components in the manufacturing plant. Being able to follow detailed instructions and diagrams is also required. All employees must be able to safely use and operate various small hand tools such as measuring tapes, banders, pneumatic nail, etc.

The Floor Picker is responsible for accurately and efficiently assembling floor packages for delivery based on customer requirements. They will assemble an assortment of flooring products including I-joists, Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL), Rim board, and hangers. They must be ready and willing to work in any weather conditions (heat, rain, snow, etc.)

This is an entry level position requiring a High School diploma or GED and a valid driver's license being the minimum requirement.

Candidates should have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, passion to learn and work with a team a fast pace work environment.
