WHAT WE OFFER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:




Cabinetry Assembly:

Complete the assembly of high-end custom residential cabinetry, following engineered specifications to deliver top-quality products.

Hardware Installation:

Install hardware, including hinges and pullout systems, on finished cabinetry according to the provided specifications.

Quality Control:

Inspect parts to ensure they meet engineered specifications and serve as a backup for the primary Quality Control (QC) specialist, ensuring all products meet established standards and specifications.

Production Support:

Assist in production line activities during non-QC periods, contributing to the efficient operation and smooth workflow of the line.

Workspace Maintenance:

Help maintain an organized and tidy workspace, ensuring smooth processes and enabling the team to produce the best quality products.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members to ensure production requirements are met safely and efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:




2+ years of Woodworking experience, ideally in cabinetry Ability to read and discern blueprints Ability to lift 50-75lbs A general understanding of hand tools and basic woodworking tools Strong English verbal and written skills A passion for the core values that are the foundation of our company Enthusiasm for growth and continuous improvement An attitude that is hardworking and eager to learn and improve
