Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. The Laborer will work collaboratively with team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. On the job training for TIG welding / stainless steel pipe fitting.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of job sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment. Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge related to the role.
Qualifications
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety practices. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. A valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
