We are looking for a motivated and skilled General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general labor or residential construction and a willingness to learn and expand their skills in interior renovations. Experience/Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months of experience in general labor or residential construction. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Must have a reliable vehicle to commute to various job sites within the GTA. Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials; having your own basic hand tools is a plus. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Assist with various aspects of interior renovation work, including demolition, framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and more. Prepare and maintain job sites by organizing materials and tools, ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Follow instructions from the Project Manager and other skilled tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. Perform general maintenance of work areas and equipment. Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Provide professional service and maintain a positive attitude with team members and clients.
