Are you physically fit? Can you lift 50lbs and walk upstairs when required? Are you capable of repetitive heavy lifting? Moving furniture and boxes are the norm in this position so being physically capable is a requirement.
Do you have any experience with demolition? If yes, please describe what you have demolished and tools you have used.
Restoration work requires documentation and tracking throughout your workday. Do you have basic computer and/or tablet/iPad experience? Are you comfortable operating a phone to navigate through applications and record info as instructed?
