About the Role:

Join our fence post setting crew! Crew members will meet each day in Sunnyside, Manitoba, and then travel together by company truck to various job sites in and around Winnipeg. This physically demanding job involves shoveling, wheelbarrowing gravel, and setting fence posts. Work hours are flexible and may include Saturdays, depending on job requirements.

Candidates must be available to work 30-50 hours per week, with availability for 6 days per week.

Requirements:

Must be physically fit and able to handle manual labor Willingness to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays, based on project needs Reliable transportation to arrive at the Sunnyside meeting point Clean criminal record and able to pass a background check Legally eligible to work in Canada Previous experience is a plus, but not required -- training provided
