Tasks

Apply the technique of hoeing between the row Clean the crops Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens and other work areas Clear fields of wood and stones Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, colour and volume to fetch high price in market. Hand harvesting vegetables Level earth to fine grade specifications Maintain and manage growth of vines, vine canopy and grapes Pack fruits and vegetables Pick row and orchard crops Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops Sort fruits and vegetables Weeding Write daily basic progress reports Clean work area Harvest crops Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment Follow sustainable soy farming practices such as crop rotation, reduced-till or no-till, water and nutrient management, precision farming technology and cover crops
