VDK Group Inc. is currently seeking a full-time General Labourer - Window Production to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting the production process by assisting with assembly, material handling, and quality control. The successful candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do

Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of windows and related components according to company specifications Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently Load and unload materials, move products between workstations, and maintain organized work areas Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet required standards before shipment Support machine operators and production team members as needed to maintain workflow Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment Maintain cleanliness of the production floor and participate in general housekeeping duties Report any equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or safety concerns to supervisors Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines

What You'll Bring

Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or general labour is an asset but not required--training will be provided Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully Good communication and teamwork skills
